The MASCOTS conference is a well-established forum for state-of-the-art research on the measurement, modeling, and performance analysis of computer systems and networks, and is sponsored by the IEEE. The 20th edition of this conference took place August 7-9, 2012 in Arlington, Virginia (near Washington DC), USA. The conference brought together academics and industry practitioners to present and discuss their latest research results.
