Conference Reception

• The conference reception will be hosted on the 2nd floor of the Westin hotel, starting at 6pm, Tuesday, August 7, 2012.
•  The reception will have light hors d’oeuvres with two drink coupons per attendee, followed by a dinner.

Conference Banquet

• The conference banquet will be hosted on the 2nd floor of the Westin hotel, starting at 6:30pm, Wednesday, August 8, 2012.
• The banquet will include a dinner and the best paper award presentation.
